Annex 1 - Mandatory Conditions
Where a club premises certificate authorises the supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises:-
1. The supply must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the club premises certificate, to members of the club for consumption on the premises
2. Any alcohol supplied for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container.
3. Any supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to a member of the club in person
Exhibition of Films
1. Where a club premises certificate authorises the exhibition of films, the admission of children to the exhibition of any film must be restricted in accordance with this section.
2. Where the film classification body is specified in the certificate, unless subsection (3)(b) applies, admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by that body.
3. Where-
a. The film classification body is not specified in the certificate, or
b. The relevant licensing authority has notified the club which holds the certificate that this subsection applies to the film in question
admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by that licensing authority.
4. In this section-
"children" means persons aged under 18; and "film classification body" means the person or persons designated as the authority under section 4 of the Video Recordings Act 1984 (c.39) (authority to determine suitability of video works for classification).
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1. Consumption of alcohol shall only be permitted on the premises during the times licensed for the sale/supply of alcohol and for 30 minutes after the end of those hours.
2. Security lighting to be provided and maintained to the perimeter of the building and the car park.
3. Joining members must be advised about considering and respecting the needs of local residents. Notices to the same effect to be displayed at exits from the premises.
4. Members must be 18 years or over.
5. Children will only be allowed into the premises if accompanied by an appropriate adult who is a member of the club. Children will not be allowed on the premises after 19:00 hours, unless attending a family social function in the main hall, access will be limited to that area.
