Annex 3 - Conditions attached after a hearing by the licensing authority
The Sub-Committee decided to grant a Premises Licence to the Applicant as follows:-
1. The premises to be open to the public:
Monday to Sunday from 07:00 to 23:00
2. The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises to be permitted during the following hours:
Monday to Sunday from 07:00 to 23:00
All steps listed by the Applicant to promote the 4 licensing objectives, at section P (Conditions offered by applicant above) of her Premises Licence application form of 4 December 2008, shall be imposed as conditions on the Premises Licence.
The Sub-Committee determined to agree to grant the Premises Licence as per the applicant’s Premises Licence application of 4 December 2008.
