Conditions offered by applicant
General
Applicant will be responsible for the disposal of waste on the frontage of the premises and make provisions emptying the litter bins
The Provision of Crime and Disorder
Applicant will make sure any Crime and Disorder around the Premises is reported to the Police immediately
Public Safety
Applicant will make sure that notices are shown detailing the action to be taken in the event of a fire and other emergencies
Applicant will make sure that he has a valid public liability insurance in force and a copy available for inspection
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Applicant will ensure waste is emptied regularly to minimise nuisance smells and the property is vented
