Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Premises Operating Schedule
Conditions carried over from Embedded Restrictions - Licensing Act 1964:
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours.
In this condition, permitted hours means that which are shown on the premises Licence.
Conditions offered through mediation with the Police:
1. The CCTV system at the public house shall be properly maintained and proved a recording facility, tapes to be kept for 28 days and will be regularly reviewed. This would then assist the police with monitoring and dealing with any anti social behaviour by customers leaving the premises during the later hours
2. Officers shall be allowed free and unobstructed access to the premises whilst they are open to the public.
3. A member of staff shall be designated to enforce that children under the age of 18 will not be allowed on the premises after midnight. In order to assist in this policy, staff will be made aware of child protection issues.
4. When the function room is being hired and the contract/letter of confirmation is sent to the hirer of the facility, the above policy in point 4 shall be fully explained and made condition of hire.
5. If any part of the premises are used where the sole activity is the consumption of Alcohol, entertainment is of an adult or sexual nature or gambling is taking place, anyone under the age of 18 shall not be permitted to take part in the activity and a separate part of the premises is to be made available for such children.
6. Notices will be placed at the exits requesting customers to keep the noise down to a minimum when leaving the premises.
7. Regarding special events, these will be dealt with through the TENs procedure.
8. There will be a last entry time to the premises on Friday and Saturday nights, of 00.00 midnight, other than on Bank Holidays. This will restrict any entry or re-entry after midnight on these days.
