Conditions offered by applicant
General
Alcohol shall be delivered to residential addresses only
Alcohol will not be provided to customers that appear intoxicated
Alcohol will not be provided to customers that appear under the age of 21 without valid photographic identification proving that they are 18 or over

Alcohol shall be distributed to residential addresses only
If the customer appears intoxicated or under the age of 21 and unable to provide proof of their age, the order will be retained by the delivery driver and payment refunded

If the customer appears under the age of 21 the delivery driver will request photo ID (passport/drivers licence etc) proving that they are over 18. If no valid identification can be provided, the delivery driver will retain the order and refund payment on returning to the distribution premises

CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE PREVENTION OF CRIME AND DISORDER
Proof of Age Cards
| I will ensure that any person selling or supplying alcoholic drink under the authority of a personal licence holder asks for a photo ID proof of age where they have reason to suspect that the individual may be under 18 years of age. |
CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM
General
2. | I will comply with Retailer Alert Bulletins issued by Portman Group Note: This condition may be appropriate for licensed premises selling alcohol products in a manner that may appeal to or attract minors. |

However, it may be appropriate to consider the production of proof of age cards to ensure that appropriate checks can be made where the presence of children is restricted by age at certain time. |
Conditions agreed with Suffolk Police Constabulary through mediation
The licensee shall ensure by way of training and conditions of employment, that all staff are aware of their responsibilities in ensuring that;-

Alcohol is not sold to anyone who appears to be drunk
Anyone who appears to be under 21 years of age and is attempting to purchase alcohol must be required to produce satisfactory proof of age
If there is any doubt of a customers age or if there are any perceived risks to children at the premises, the sale shall be refused
The licensee shall ensure that by way of training and conditions of employment, that:-
All delivery staff leave alcohol in their vehicle on arrival at the delivery address
Contact will be made with the customer and an assessment will take place. The assessment should enable the member of staff to establish if the customer is drunk, underage, or if there are other factors that determine the sale should be refused, including any perceived risks to children at the premises
The licensee shall maintain a refusals log in respect of the delivery service
The licensee will comply with the Portman code and British Beer and Pub Association guidance for point of sale promotions
The licensee will implement the challenge 21 scheme
Conditions agreed with a local neighbouring business through mediation
Signage advertising the business or off sales will not be displayed at the premises
There will be no logos on vans or delivery vehicles advertising the business
