Conditions offered by applicant
General
Management will ensure that all staff are fully aware of licensing objectives and will run the business with the view to promote the objectives
Prevention of Crime & Disorder
Management and staff will avoid association with violent, dangerous, aggressive, illegal or anti-social behavior and will promote responsible drinking
Public Safety
Management will implement strategies to prevent and to control violence and will build good relationships with police and will co-operate with them in order to keep town and people safe
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Management and staff will avoid any actions that could build up public nuisance and will comply with all licensing objectives
The Protection of Children from Harm
Management will take all reasonable precautions to ensue people under the age of 18 years can not buy alcohol and will avoid marketing and promotions
Conditions as agreed with Police
CCTV - Good quality CCTV, maintained in good working order with tapes being retained for a period of not less than 28days. With signs displayed in the premises, informing customers that CCTV is in operation
Proof of age cards - To adopt the ‘Challenge 21’ Policy, accepting only bona fide photographic forms of ID
Refusals Register - to operate a refusals register
Staff Training - To provide and retain records of staff training to all staff dealing with alcohol sales
Applicant to have a linked alarm system and panic alarms
2 members of staff on duty whenever possible, especially at night times
Annex 3 - Conditions attached after a hearing by the licensing authority
