General - all four licensing objectives
Staff will be trained to the standards required by relevant legislation.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
The current level of lighting outside the premises will continue for the additional hours of trading.
Any person who appears to be intoxicated will not be allowed entry to the premises.
The premises will ensure no persons under the age of 18 will be sold intoxicating liquor. Persons who appear under the age of 18 will be asked to provide satisfactory identification. Persons who are or appear to be intoxicated will not be allowed on the premises.
All staff who serve alcohol will be fully trained to ensure that no person who is drunk or disorderly or who appears to be under the age of 18 is served with intoxicating liquor.
Public Safety Licensing Objective:
Staff will be fully trained in all aspects of safety and control of the premises.
Staff will ensure that glass bottles and glasses are retained or disposed of on the premises
Fire control systems are to be monitored and tested regularly
Staff are to be made aware of exit routes and ensure that these are always kept unlocked and clear.
The current level of lighting outside the premises will continue during the permitted hours.
Prevention of Public Nuisance Licensing Objective
Applicants will ensure that during the final hour of opening, the music is made discernibly quieter.
Applicants shall use their discretion in operating a 'closed door policy' from 24:00 on Friday and Saturday nights.
The current level of lighting outside the premises will continue whilst the premises licence is in force.
The premises will close 60 minutes after the sale of alcohol has finished.
The premises does not have a garden area.
Protection of Children from Harm Licensing Objective
Children are permitted on the premises no later than 19:00 pm, must be accompanied by an adult and are only permitted in the designated areas.
All staff who serve alcohol will be fully trained to ensure that no person who is drunk or disorderly or who appears to be under the age of 18 is served with intoxicating liquor.
Persons who appear under the age of 18 will be asked to produce satisfactory identification. Appropriate proof of age will be required to ensure no person under the age of 18 is sold with intoxicating liquor.
Signs shall be displayed at the bar stating that any person who appears under the age of 18 will not be served with intoxicating liquor.
No performance involving nudity or striptease shall take place at the premises.
