Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Premises Operating Schedule
Conditions carried over from Embedded Restrictions - Licensing Act 1964:
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours.
In this condition, permitted hours means that which are shown on the premises licence.
Conditions offered by applicant:
Prevention of Crime & Disorder Licensing Objective-
Staff training will cover the non service of drunks and drug awareness
Proof of age identification will be requested by staff as required
Public Safety Licensing Objective-
Details of local taxi services will be made available for customer and staff use
The Cardinals Room on the 1st floor will be restricted to 35 persons capacity
A First Aid kit is maintained on the premises for customer and staff use
Prevention of Public Nuisance Licensing Objective-
The pub garden will be cleared and closed at 23.00 hours on Sundays and 00.00 hours on other days to minimise nuisance
Protection of Children from Harm Licensing Objective-
Children under the proper supervision of an accompanying adult are allowed in the pub garden and all trading areas.
