CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE PREVENTION OF CRIME AND DISORDER
Door Supervisors

1. All Door Supervisors to be SIA licensed and to display license clearly and openly with use of a fluorescent armband for this purpose.
2. The Premises will be a member of the Leisure Link Radio Scheme, or other scheme approved by Suffolk Police, to provide a means of two-way communication to report incidents between the premises and the local Police or CCTV monitoring centre. The premises will actively monitor and use the system.
3. Fully auditable training records should be maintained for all staff in respect of the sale of alcohol. These will be made available for inspection upon request to the Police and all other Responsible Authorities.
4. A refusal book will be kept at the premises and maintained at all times. This will be provided to police on request”. (The offer already made of an incident logbook being maintained on site would be sufficient, with the agreement of the applicant to the dual usage).
5. Staff to carry mobile phones.
