There will be 24 hour CCTV recording in and out of the premises which is stored on the hard drive, these images will be available for 30 days and made available upon request to the Police and all other Responsible Authorities
Public Safety

Premises will comply with Fire Safety Regulations
Premises will comply with Health & Safety Regulations
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
We will have a policy of non tolerance towards nuisance individuals who are or may cause nuisance will be band from premises
The Protection of Children from Harm
The Customer Service area will be kept free from any form of dangerous articles
Conditions offered through mediation with the Police:
An amendment to the closing time of the establishment:
Monday - Wednesday Finish time 0230hrs
Thursday - Saturday Finish time 0330hrs
Sunday Finish time 0100hrs
CCTV:
The holder of the premises license shall use his best endeavours to ensure that the CCTV equipment is maintained in good working order, monitored during licensable activity and covers all areas used for licensable activity.
The holder of the premises license shall also use his best endeavours to ensure that CCTV equipment is checked prior to the start of licensable activity.
The holder of the premises license is to ensure that repairs to the system are done expeditiously.
In addition to the offer of retention of the recordings, we wish to see the following wording added, “and made available upon request to the Police and all other Responsible Authorities”.
The Premises will be a member of the Leisure Link Radio Scheme, or other scheme approved by Suffolk Police, to provide a means of two-way communication to report incidents between the premises and the local Police or CCTV monitoring centre. The premises will actively monitor and use the system.
No person under the age of 18 years shall be allowed on the premises after 2300hrs.
Annex 3 - Conditions attached after a hearing by the licensing authority
None
